This is an important function as part of an organization who plays a key part in Wellington's transport system. No day is the same and you will be responsible for troubleshooting and responding quickly to tasks at hand. This is largely an operational / process driven function so if you have the capability to gauge the bigger picture and an eye for detail this could be well suited for you. A key part to this function is being a friendly first point of contact for a large number of operating staff, answering telephone calls and queries, react quickly to staff operator absences and find quick and effective solutions mitigating risk to the business, investigate and deal with complaints and promote and maintain a high level of health and safety within the building. This is a great function for an excellent operator who enjoys a fast paced environment. located in either Kaiwharawhara or Karori, great for those located in the inner city suburbs!
