12 month contract working on a Project for simplification, efficiency and banker capcapability uplift. A programme of work has been established to look at consolidating and improving the organisation's knowledge and content management processes, capabilities and systems.

Job responsibilities:
As a Change Manager you will be required to initially assess the current stae of Enterprise Knowledge and to deliver the change to the enterprise and business in order to prosperously assess, impact assess and embed the change in line with the delivery of a unified knowledge platform and significant uplift of knowledge capcapability to the organisation.

expertise Required:
* Proven track record of delivering prosperous, customer focussed, time constrained projects covering all change impact business process knowledge and technology (non-functional) deliverables.
* Excellent communication expertise
* Change Management Delivery and execution of communication for change
* Financial services
* Knowledge Management
* Content Data Management, Quality
* Functional knowledge of Sharepoint Online and Office 365 setup and best practice use
* Agile and Waterfall Environments

Technical knowledge of Sharepont, Informatica and Salesforce and an knowledge of Information Architecture and Taxonomy is preferred but not essential.
