Pick Packer day/afternoon shiftLocation Rest of ManawatuManawatu Job type Temporary Salary 22 to 23 Category Manufacturing/Operations > Packers & Fillers » Immediate start! » Work for a national company » Day and afternoon shifts available We are seeking motivated and reliable pick packers for our client in their chilled warehouse located here in Palmerston North! This is a great opportunity to join a 100% New Zealand-owned and operated company and help supply New Zealanders with their favorite supermarket products. You will be part of the day/afternoon team responsible for accurately picking orders for supermarkets and four squares across the North Island. You will gain your pump license in your first week and will have the opportunity to gain your forklift license and reach truck experience. The pay rate is $23.65 and you'll be placed in a set 40-hour roster we also pay any hours over 40 hours at a time and a half! You will be required to work one weekend day. Training shifts will be 9 AM - 5:30 PM for the first two weeks. To be successful: » Pass a pre-employment drug screen » High level of physical fitness » Previous pick-packing experience is advantageous however not necessary » Provide two positive work references » Looking for full-time employment » Reliable transport We will provide you with full on-the-job training and provide all the PPE gear you need and a great work environment.
