The person in this position will have an in-depth expertise of project management, be skilled at people management and understand quality improvement tools and co-design methodology. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager within the quality systems team the prosperous person will have an capability to prosperously lead and manage projects at a national and senior level, including multiple tasks and priorities and have excellent interpersonal expertise with the capability to foster good stakeholder relationships through consultation and partnership. The Commission has a strong focus on Maori health advancement and reducing inequity, and the prosperous candidate will contribute to these goals.
