They support, develop, and advocate for the arts, for the benefit of all New Zealanders. We have a unique fixed term opportunity located in Auckland for an administrator in their Funding Services team. This team provides exceptional customer service to artists, groups and organisations, and manages our grants processes from pre-application advice through to grant acquittal for their many funding opportunities. The Administrator provides professional and accurate end-to-end administration of the Funding Services grants processes. Whilst Information technology is primarily a systems-located function, Information technology also provides high-quality PA and administrative services to the Manager, Funding Services as well as supporting the wider Funding Services team. this function will have a significant impact to all candidates to Creative New Zealand, as well as across the organisation. To be prosperous in this function, you must demonstrate: » Advanced user of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint » capability to quickly lgain and fully utilise in-house computer systems » Proven practice in a busy administrative function, ideally Somebody with a team admin background or something similar » practice working with competing demands and multiple priorities » Strong customer centric approach and highly developed interpersonal expertise » expertise/interest of the creative sector or an equivalent funding process is advantageous but not essential They offer a dynamic and multi-cultural environment, great work/life balance, and a great opportunity to develop your career within the vibrant arts sector.
