The Job this function is busy, working across a large organisation of 400 staff. You’ll work with all business units and multiple Hiring Managers. They use Snaphire as their software and Hiring Managers have full visibility managing their own recruitment campaigns. You’ll support them with whatever they need; provide ideas and help, get involved in the process if required, coach Managers, jump into interviews or provide the expert advice. You’ll also manage agency relationships and be the first point of contact of potential candidates who approach the business. This is a real multi-tasking, prioritizing type of job. This is a 6-month fixed term contract, full time hours. There is full flexibility to manage your day from the office or home. As long as you’re providing support to the Hiring Managers – you do you. The Ideal Person We want someone who is proactive and works hard to make themselves visible across the business so Hiring Managers know help is there if they need it.
