The function In this function you will work to support a varied range of projects and activities, occasionally leading the delivery of small initiatives on behalf of the team. You will be responsible for collaborating with individuals across the organisation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and within scope. tasks include but are not limited to, the following: • Providing administration and coordination support to the team • Organising, attending and participating in meetings/events as required. • Contribute to the identification and management of potential risks or issues within projects. expertise & practice • Excellent time management and organisational capabilities • capability to work effectively in both a team and autonomously • Proven practice working as a project coordinator or in a similar position • Exceptional verbal and written communication expertise – reports, presentations. • An knowledge of risk and assurance in the project space.
