This includes Disaster Recovery plans for the ICT Infrastructure and all applications including the incorporation of new component’s DR plans. You will be working closely with the operations support team and the Senior Business Advisor - Business Continuity to ensure systems and services restoration aligns with business priorities. The function will contribute to the operations of the Operations Capcapability team. The Information technology Operations Capcapability Team ensures that the organisation’s Information technology effectively manages and provides support on those activities that Information technology have not outsourced. As a Principal, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of advice and practices in relation to their contribution to the team’s work. expertise and practice broad practice in a variety of ICT Operations environments. The practice will include in-depth practice in one or a number of the following areas; system management, integration activities and management of outsource vendor contracts. Skilled in being able to coach and mentor others. Qualifications A significant tertiary qualification in information management or equivalent expertise, expertise, and practice; and a commitment to continuing professional development.
