Powered by Open-Banking technology, the CoGo App is integrated with 35 banks in the UK and 5 banks in NZ, with over 100,000 users in those markets. The CoGo API enables banks and other corporations to integrate carbon and other sustaincapability data into their customer practices – for example providing a bank customer a monthly carbon footprint statement or showing an online supermarket shopper the percentage of their products that are made by locally-owned businesses. We have partnered with some of the biggest banks in the UK and NZ, and are set to launch with bank partners in Australia later this year. Let's go change the world – let's CoGo! ABOUT THE function: We are seeking for a Business Support Specialist to join our growing team in Wellington, New Zealand. Over the next year, we aim to double our team, and enter new markets around the world. We are seeking for an practiced person who can continue to help us scale smoothly and prosperously. Reporting to:Chief Operating agent The day to day responsibilities include: » Analysing current, and implementing new tools and software for efficient global scaling » Coordinating and creating training materials on tools and software » Leading Customer Support and ITSM (Information Technology Systems Management) for optimal end-to-end delivery of services to customers, and management of issues » ??Interact with clients, resolve problems, and provide information. » Provide technical assistance to clients and staff. » Monitor for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating when required. » Improving, creating, and/or documenting good company processes » Reviewing and/or creating company policies with consideration to legal requirements specific to locality » Assisting with recruitment as required, and onboarding/offboarding of employees into systems and software tools » Identify areas for improvement and help devisestrategies to address them » Working to achieve company goals and unlock opportunities » Identifying awards and conference opportunities, and/or speaking engagements » Contributing to great cross-company communication » Day to day management as required to support the business and our team (ie troubleshooting and problem solving tech, acquiring equipment, etc) CRITICAL Special Skills: » Highly organised with good time management and practice in business support/administration » skills in the use of modern technologies, specifically those pertaining to a SaaS company » Good research and analytical skills » capability to evaluate, assess, and consider risks » Strong people skills and expertise of Human Resources » practice in training people » Comfortable with legal terminology, frameworks, and legislation » capability to support opportunities for business development ABOUT YOU: » Excited to work in a company making a positive change in the world, and passionately engaged in the CoGo mission » Loves learning and seeks to suggest and carry out improvements to the technologies and processes used as we grow » You're curious, kind and optimistic » You're motivated and ambitious, striving to make the best things better » Respectful, not only to people, but to processes, taking the time to do things well ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CoGo is committed to providing a flexible working environment, including flexible working hours and remote working.
