As Advisor - Strategic Programmes and Advice, you will be key to a wide variety of mahi and initiatives, particularly in terms of communications, policy and programme development and supporting our core programme delivery for the Minister for the Community and Voluntary Sector and the Oranga Marae programme. To be prosperous in this function, you will have: » Excellent written and oral communication » Strong relationship development expertise » Solid knowledge of Te Tiriti O Waitangi and M?ori Crown relationships » capability to work with, develop and deliver services for M?ori in particular but also with other priority population groups » practice in building capcapability to improve practice and service delivery You should also have: » Excellent capability to plan, organise and manage work effectively to meet multiple deadlines » High level of accuracy » The capability to rapidly adapt in a fast paced and changing environment. » Great stakeholder engagement expertise » A availability to lead on the delivery of workshops and other hui » An interest in community-led development, the community sector, grant making or volunteering DIA offers opportunities to grow.
