Supply Chain / Operations Co-ordinatorLocation All AucklandAuckland Job type Full Time Salary 50000 to 70000 Category Transport, Shipping, Logistics > Supply Chain » 12 Month Fixed Term Contract » Supply Chain / Operations Coordinator » Penrose Location Exciting opportunity to work with an International Building Product Manufacturer And Global Leader In Fibre Cement Products. My Client is looking for a Supply Chain / Operations Coordinator for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract covering Maternity Leave. The purpose of the position is to oversee and facilitate the daily supply chain operations and relationship between my client's company and the 3PL provider. Your role directly coordinates the effective distribution of the Clients Products, acting as the key link between their customer and 3PL. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations aimed at maximum efficiency. Role Key Duties: Dispatch: » Run daily customer order 'draws' from SAP at critical time points throughout the day and send the paperwork to the 3PL's (PE&CH) to pick and pack customer orders » Prepare transport manifests for customer order pick ups » Key out customer orders - receive and collate paperwork from the pick and pack operators to process invoicing of orders to customers » Prepare paperwork for security checks » Process customer 'goodwill's' » Process export orders » Process pick up orders for customers » Main point of contact with the freight company dispatchers to coordinate pickups and deliveries » Answer and respond to phone and email enquiries from the Customer Services Team and other key stakeholders in a timely manner to the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement) » Escalate all transport delays and issues » Escalate all stock variances for immediate reconciliation of the product with the 3PL system and SAP. Reporting: » Daily, weekly and monthly reports are completed as required and all customer orders are accounted for and processed for invoicing on the day, they are dispatched General: » Filing and general office administration duties, SOX compliance » Packaging Ordering for customer orders - plastic covers, strapping, staples, corners etc » National Transport Accounts management/raising PO's for invoices ready for payment, reconciliation of invoices and checking for invoice accuracy before escalating for payment approvals » International Freight Accounts - raising PO's for payment and checking for invoice accuracy before escalating for payment approvals » Inwards goods receipting, pallet, and product returns from customers Skills you have: » Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software » Excellent knowledge of MS Office » Raising purchase orders for procurement of products and services » Sound knowledge of shipping documentation (BOL, shipment clearance documents, and BACC's) » Proven experience as a logistics or supply chain coordinator » Experience using best practice inwards goods process » Experience in customer service Please click APPLY to be considered for this role or email kagnew@adecco.co.nz with any queries.
