We work as a close-knit team; tasks include feeding the extractor with honey frames, emptying the extractor once finished, stacking empty boxes, and cleaning the plant at the end of the day. Physical fitness is necessary. Lifting boxes from 15 to 30kg will be required! Advantageous expertise and practice are forklift driving, food processing or factory practice, digital record keeping, and mechanical and organizational expertise. We need cheerful, hard workers who get along well with others, have excellent personal hygiene, and follow health and safety instructions carefully. Work days are Monday to Friday, approx. 8 hours each day. Shifts will likely include early starts (i.e. 6 am-2 pm) or late starts (i.e. 4 pm-11 pm) as this year. We will be running a double shift most days. Honey extraction runs from mid-December / early January to April. We would also consider shorter work options. Kitchen, internet and bathroom available on-site and campervan can be parked there, all free of charge. Skills:
