Kitchen Hand: » Clean and sanitise dishes, cookware, and utensils. » Clean and sanitise food preparation work stations. » Assist in the food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients Duty Manager: » Provide the exceptional service to all customers consistent with the Amigos standard » supervise the everyday general management operations of a business. » Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, reporting results to upper management. » Maintain a physical presence, communicating with customers and representing other managers in their absence. » Candidate will either have their DM License or practice in a licensed premises and the availability to get their DM.
