You will be provided with all and any tools you need to undertake this job to ensure great success. We have a high performing national consulting team, in a recent survey to 13,000 people we received a 9.7/10 in service and delivery. They are exceptional. The consulting team does have strong support with para consultants, but what we need is a sole candidate manager who will also work with consultants sourcing quality talent for clients. Part of this function will have you interviewing back up candidates for functions and building a base needed sectors we work in. You may have come from an internal or external recruitment or in a sourcing function, we do need you to understand our industry as Information technology can be high pressured and functions to recruit are diverse. Personally someone who is calm, methodical, strong detail, ask proactive questions and takes things on - so owns the function.
