Look no further. Our bustling bar in the heart of Queenstown has been closed for a while and we are READY to throw open the doors and get this bar pumping once more. We're seeking a thrill seeker, someone who's happy to throw themselves in and get involved! We need you to help us open up our bad boy up for potentially one of the busiest ski seasons yet! We're coming in hot, and we require someone who's willing to go the whole way with us. We’re not afraid of being open late and know how to get the weekend party started! Ready? The function We are seeking for a Superstar Manager who has the skills to create a fresh, bright practice for every customer who walks through the doors in Queenstown. You will: » Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch » Guarantee the selling system for your outlet is being followed by all team members » Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation » Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take. » Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line Skills / practice A previous function leading a team is encouraged however not essential.
