We are seeking for an practiced and reliable Receptionist/Administrator to support our client on a temporary basis. located in central Auckland, our client is a large and respectable business in the electrical industry.
   » Dates of cover required: 11th August - 9th September 2022
   » Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
The function

You will have both reception and administrative responsibilities including:
   » Meet and greet visitors
   » Answering phones
   » Dealing with couriers
   » Distribute invoices to significant departments
   » End of month invoicing
   » Reconcile statements
   » Administration support as required
