With ACC, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen. About the function
If you enjoy getting the data to tell the story then this function is for you! You will be providing analytical support to our Recovery Support function, a shared service that supports our front line with technical and clinical advice. This includes development of reporting on key results, deep dive analysis, preparation of requirements and user stories, and analytical support to key initiatives. You will need to be skilled at using applications like PowerBI and creating dashboards to help us understand and share our story with our teams.
Day to day you will be performing the following tasks:
   » Utilising PowerBI and other tools to automate current reporting
   » Providing data analysis to support us gain insights on performance issues
   » Identifying where we can improve
In addition to this, you will be contributing to the team’s longer-term goals, such as the following:
   » Creating higher visibility across the business of the value Recovery Support provides
   » Reducing the time to deliver value
What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function:
   » Data analysis or statistical background, practice, or qualification
   » Power BI and M365 proficiency
   » Great communication expertise with the capability to write effectively and present information in a way that is easily consumed
   » Strong collaboration and influencing expertise balanced with the capability to work autonomously
