Raglan Backpackers Reception/Cleaner needed. Raglan Backpackers & Waterfront Lodge is a small, friendly Backpackers set right on the water but also close to town in Raglan, Waikato. With a high customer rating in cleanliness and customer service we cater for guests who are looking for somewhere safe, clean, kind and communal feeling. We also offer sports rentals from surboards + wetsuits to kayaks and bikes. We are seeking for someone who can help keep our hostel to a high level of cleanliness and customer service focused! This person will be expected to change bedding, vacuum rooms, clean toliets and showers, kitchen and living areas. Taking bookings (phone/online), responding to emails, checking guests in/out, sending guests surfing - kayaking - Paddle boarding, cash handling, ensuring the hostel is cleand and guets are happy and well looked after. Relicapability is essential! Living onsite is a must - weekly rate discounted. The right candidate will also be rostered to do Night Manager function (All staff living onsite do night managing) as part of the tasks. Although the function can be hands-on, Information technology is also fun and enjoyable. You will get to meet new people from all walks of life and get to feel part of a close knit team.
