The successful applicant will be joining a warm desk with established clients from day one. Working in a fast paced environment, you will responsible for servicing clients and candidates, ensuring all parts of the recruitment equation are considered. This is an opportunity for someone with blue collar work experience, who is not afraid to put on their hi-vis, hard hat, steel capped boots, and head to site to meet with clients and candidates alike. We want someone with a strong focus on business development, candidate growth, a drive to make placements and of course, post-placement care.
