Medical Administrative Support

   »Work for a reputed, well established organization in a variety of departments
Client:
Our client is a well-established organization who has been around in Tauranga for many years. Information technology is a growing healthcare business so there will never a shortage of work even during lockdown. This is a permanent function- 30-35 hours a week function. You would be rotating between different departments- customer service, billings/invoices, patients records et so you will enjoy the variety of the function. Having a flexibility of time between 8:30 AM- 6 PM is essential for this function. Obviously if you start early, you will finish early!
Main tasks:
• Able to undertake selected tasks across administrative team functions such as compiling patient charts and filing, data entry of theatre bookings, providing estimates and invoice checking, covering reception, and customer service enquiries.
• Answering phone calls promptly, professionally and attentively
• Managing an immaculate front office area
• Assisting with office administration tasks
• Data entry responsibilities
• Helping in billing and invoicing
You:
• Previous practice as an administrator/ customer service would be essential
• Medical background would be good to have but not essential
• Enjoy supporting a diverse, high energy team
• Excellent organisational expertise, professional presentation and attention to details
• Intermediate MS Office expertise and room booking software practice preferable
• Excellent communication expertise
• A positive attitude and a flexible and adaptable nature
• capability to work within a team and independently when needed is crucial
