Accounts AdministratorJob location:Waikato All Waikato Work Type: Permanent » » » »Flexibility; this function could be school hours or full-time »AR, AP and some admin responsibilities »Large family owned retail busines, approx. 100 staff The Company You will be part of a family owned business who are one of the largest privately owned retail groups in New Zealand. With 16 different stores and brands across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty they look after their people well. This is a company you’d want to work for. The Job located at the Putaruru head office, We are seeking for a competent administrator and team player. Your tasks will include: • Accounts receivable; maintenance and reconciliation of the debtors system • Accounts payable; processing invoicing, correctly coding invoices for filing, managing credits and reporting • Admin tasks; back up reception and general office admin tasks as required The current accounting software is MYOB. There is flexibility for this function to be full-time (Mon- Fri 9am – 5pm) or Information technology could also suit someone who wanted school hours to create a part-time position if that suits you better. Ideally we’d like someone who could also be available for rostered Saturday morning shifts (9am – 12.30pm). The Ideal Person The ideal person will be good with numbers and have strong Excel expertise (you’ll be working with lots of spreadsheets). If you’ve had practice with a point of sale package that’s even better. Accuracy, integrity, relicapability and trust are top of our priority list.
