Quality Release Co-OrdinatorLocation Manukau & East AucklandAuckland Job type Full Time Salary to Category Manufacturing/Operations > QA & QC » South Auckland Location » Growth potential » Good remuneration package Due to an internal promotion our client is looking for a focussed, reliable and detail oriented Co-Ordinator to join them at their premises in Mangere Bridge. This well-known company specialises in health and nutrition for the next generation. To be considered for this role you should come from a quality background (microbiology) and have a good understanding of specifications to be able to liaise with lab technicians and fellow colleagues. Occasionally you will be required to travel to the Paerata and Avondale sites, so a full NZ Drivers Licence is a necessity. The main focus of the role is to: » Facilitate the release of finished products, ensuring compliance against the markets in which NIG Nutritionals export to. » Ensuring Finished Product Specifications are appropriately registered with AsureQuality for items being testing. » Focus on improvement opportunities that align with business goals and strategy. You will need: » A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the food or manufacturing industry specifically with Quality and Operations » Knowledge of NZ Dairy Standards » Experience in QC/QA » Recognised food technology / science or other similar science based qualification » Good management and interpersonal skills The successful individual will possess the following: » Self-starter with the passion and persistence to improve the processes and systems » A leader who can handle different personalities and challenges when needed » Team player » Great attention to detail » Ability to exercise sound judgment » Good knowledge of HACCP principles » Strong problem-solving skills with good follow through » Good understanding of GMP with the ability to be able to train others Please do not delay applying for this job.
