Job Offer: Head of Privacy:ACC_hainesJob description:Job Description»Visible, focused, innovative leader that collaborates enterprise wide»Intellectual and emotional agility to do the right thing through people and process to get results »Comfortable operating in the front line, with the Executive and Board and with external stakeholders In this important function you will lead a ‘Privacy by Design’ approach to ensure that protecting personal information is at the forefront of everything ACC does, to continuously improve our systems and processes, and ensure strong privacy practices across the organisation. ACC has been improving the lives of New Zealanders since 1974. With ACC, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen. What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function: » practiced engaging leader that grows and enables people and teams to be prosperous » Proven capability to form a wide variety of trusted relationships » Sound privacy and policy practice and able to translate Information technology into practical ‘how to’ business results » Intellectual and emotional agility to develop and embed design, policies, and practises on the ground and to report at senior levels and externally » Tertiary degree of relevance » Proven operational delivery, risk management and insightful reporting capability With this function comes a great opportunity to continuously improve, deliver and innovate.
