The Business Process Improvement (BPI) are the business process experts here at ACC and provide a range of services across our business to create better customer results, reducing waste and improving efficiency, manage and reduce process risks and help find solutions to problems that really matter to our people and our customers. As part of this capcapability we have an organisation wide tool (Promapp) to hold a single source of truth for all our processes, policies and procedures and we have recently launched Te Wh?riki to complement Promapp and hold process related knowledge such as reference information and system steps. About the function: » You will be leading the effective continuing management of Promapp and the newly launched Te Wh?riki at ACC, focusing on integrating and aligning the knowledge in the two platforms and building capcapability to improve the quality of information » You will lead and advise the further development of process knowledge standards, guidance and training to ensure future service delivery meets stakeholder needs, identifying and driving improvements to enhance the governance and quality of knowledge information » Day to day you will be leading the Promapp and Te Wh?riki team practice, ensuring operating rhythms and team practices enable success » You will be working closely with the significant content owner/expert community to ensure the content governance model is effective and is delivering to expectations » You will deliver high-quality training as needed to a broad range of stakeholders to support continuing engagement with Promapp and Te Wh?riki » Collaboration with our key stakeholders to ensure that Promapp and Te Wh?riki are aligned to future knowledge management strategies for ACC » You will be responsible for the timely and effective delivery of Promapp activities in conformity with the roadmap » Reporting on a timely basis progress against business key objectives What we’re looking for We are seeking fora Process Knowledge Lead to join us for 10 months to cover a parental leave vacancy. The lead will be an integral part of the BPI Product and Capcapability team. To be prosperous in this function, you will bring the following: » Excellent stakeholder management and influencing expertise – you'll have an agile mindset, and the natural capability to tell the story and bring everyone along for the ride » A track record of sharing your knowledge to upskill and coach others » practice in delivering initiatives to increase value to stakeholders, you will be well organised and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively to ensure that key deliverables are completed on time. » An knowledge of knowledge management standards would be advantageous, as would practice in process management and documentation and/or practice with Promapp as a user or content owner This is a great opportunity to drive real change and have a significant impact on our staff and the way we work.
