We have a great opportunity for a Senior Middleware Development Support Analyst to join the Ministry’s Development Support team. As Senior Middleware Development Support Analyst you will be expected to progress towards a leader in the field of developer infrastructure, providing thoughts and suggestions in the use of contemporary SDLC techniques tools and processes. Your relationship management expertise will assist you in mentoring the Middleware Development Support Analysts, managing relationships with key stakeholders (both internal and external) and delivering training as project lead to ensure the development environment is delivered. Key Job responsibilities: » Working closely with the Developers, Testers, Release Analysts, Solution Architects and Security teams for direction and compliance. » Communicating with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders on a regular basis. » Participate in requirements elicitation, analyses and design. » Provide input to the selection of the appropriate technologies (Middleware, BPM etc.) for the solution. » Produce quality documentation to support the design and development process. » Participate in the creation and review of estimates around technical aspects of the solution. » Work with peers within the client organisation to ensure a prosperous delivery. » Identify and capture areas for improvement/innovation around technical as well as process perspective. » Play a hands-on high quality technical function including writing/re-writing/modifying automating scripts, defining processes, share new ideas and troubleshooting. Key Requirements: » Industry wise knowledge and practice with Infrastructure layer. » practice or an knowledge within a DevOps/Agile and SAFe environment. » Must have a collaborative and problem solving approach. » Must possess expert knowledge on technical expertise around Application Servers like Weblogic, Websphere. » Excellent troubleshooting expertise, Sound knowledge of middleware and integration components. » Knowledge on Tools: Apache Ant, Maven, Subversion, GIT, Jenkins, Jira, BPM, Datapower, App Dynamics, MQ, Dynatrace. » An knowledge of the Networks, Datacentres , F5 and Database systems to be able to provide a consultation to the developers, projects and other standing teams. » Must have an excellent communication and interpersonal expertise. » Must be a self-motivated, self-learner and flexibility to adapt changes.
