K?wai ki te Iwi – Service Delivery and Operations (SDO)is one of DIA’s most public facing branches, providing customers with a wide variety of services, products and advice.
K?wai ki te Iwi is DIA’s largest branch and is responsible for Identity and Passport Services, Births, Deaths and Marriages, Citizenship, Charities Services, Authentications, Translations, Digital Transformation and Community Operations – DIA’s network of community development and funding.
As a member of the Service Delivery and Operations (SDO) leadership abilities Team the General Manager Partners and Products contributes to the departmental system of service delivery. You will lead the Te Pou Manawa business group, and are accountable for:
   » Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with local and internal partners;
   » Design and delivery of information sharing products and services;
   » Development and management of partnering arrangements;
   » Leading and managing innovation in product design and development;
   » Commercial management across life events and information sharing products and services
About you
You will be an practiced senior leaderwith a knowledge of the principles and practices of customer centric business development initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and extension of the system of service delivery. Comfortable navigating a complex and busy operation, you will have a well-developed knowledge of service delivery and performance. You will be skilled in operating in a diverse and inclusive environment including in partnership with M?ori under Te Tiriti o Waitangi, which is important to everything we say and do at Te Tari Taiwhenua.
Gaining and maintaining a Top Secret clearance is a requirement of the function.
