The function In this function you will work to provide excellent end to end guest practice, demonstrating your passion for all things people and hospitality. You will be required to enter and update reservations, contact with senior staff members and complete general administrative tasks in a professional manor. These administrative tasks include, but not limited to, the following. expertise & practice • practice in hotel customer service • Check Reservations for Correct Room Allocations with GSM & Front Desk • Develop an knowledge of the hotel's product range and offer valuable explanations to guests and enquirers. • Develop and practice the marketing expertise which seek to meet the customer's needs and sell the hotel's products. • Highly developed written and oral communication expertise • Excellent attention to detail • capability to work autonomously or within teams • Excellent verbal and written communication expertise • High organisational expertise and capability to prioritise • Friendly approach and commitment to work What’s on Offer?
