Receptionist x2Job location:Wellington Rest of Wellington Region Work Type: Permanent » » » »Permanent, Full Time »located in Crofton Downs »$52K About the function In this function, you will be offering a welcoming, professional, and efficient reception service to all patients and visitors that enter the specialist centre located within a private healthcare environment. tasks • Providing a warm welcome to all patients, staff, consultants, and visitors • Responding to incoming calls, promptly, courteously, and empathetically • Arranging appointments for patients on request • Processing appointment confirmations via SMS or phone call • Answering patient queries and providing accurate information • everyday collection and distribution of mail • Assist in invoicing and receipting, as well as everyday banking • Diary reorganisation when and if required, and communicating this to patients effectively • Maintenance of reception and waiting area • Organising new patient files • Distribution of monthly statements, checking for money paid post printing. expertise and practice • Superior people expertise and a high level of personal presentation • Accurate and efficient data entry expertise • Well-developed relationship management expertise • Honesty, integrity and knowledge the importance of confidentiality • The capability to problem solve and manage time effectively, whilst using initiative • Able to work under high pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism • Thrive while working in a team environment.
