The function You will provide high level clinical leadership abilities and support to clinical and care staff. The Clinical Services Manager functions are usually Monday to Friday, with the odd weekend from time to time. this function manages the Caregivers and responsible for clinical excellence at the Care Home. The function supports the Care Home Manager (who may or may not be clinical). this function requires Somebody with substantial practice working within an aged care facility or environment. practice working within a dementia unit or environment is desirable (depending on the Care Home, this may be a requirement). You will be providing clinical oversight to the facility and have the capability and passion to ensure your residents and their families have the best possible practice. The Ideal Person » Must hold a current NZ Registered Nurse Annual Practicing Certificate » Minimum of 3-5 years post registration practice » capability and practice to lead, direct and continually evaluate the clinical services within the facility » Sound management, analytical and decision-making expertise » interRAI training, Medi-Map and eCase practice advantageous » expertise of the health and discapability sector standards and the capability to manage a robust quality system » Excellent time management expertise » A great communicator who can competently communicate verbally and in writing » Computer literate with the capability to confidently use a range of programmes and systems How to Apply?
