The Customer Resolutions team is here to deliver greater value to our internal and external customers. We put our customers at the centre of what we do, focusing on resolving issues and improving customer practices.
In this critical function as a Resolution Specialist, you’ll be working with our customers over the phone, by email or through written communication. You will manage the end to end resolution process by listening, gathering information and working with the customer to find the best solution. You’ll have the chance to engage with a number of different people and departments in order to find the best outcome.
What you need to be prosperous in this function
You will bring your previous practice in complaints management and/or dispute resolution. Your previous functions will have been within either a client facing or customer service environment where you will have investigated issues and contactd with a number of different people to resolve these.
this function is not for the faint hearted, therefore you will need to have great resilience and resolution expertise engrained in everything you do.
You will be motivated to achieve great results and get your team noticed. You’ll be proactive and responsive in your approach. You will thrive on resolving problems and getting great results.
