They are known for delivering high profile projects to both the public and private sector across vertical and horizontal sectors. Due to further growth in the Northland area, there is now a requirement for a senior project manager to come aboard in the vertical space and lead a mixture of commercial and multi-level residential builds. As a Project Manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy background with proven practice on a broad range of commercial projects over $10M in value covering such areas as design and consenting, project management, project planning, risk management, cost management, procurement and contract administration and construction management. We are seeking for candidates with 7 - 10 years of practice with a tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, Engineering or Property.
