Trainee PainterLocation All AucklandAuckland Job type Full Time Salary 22 to 25 Category Manufacturing/Operations > Fitters & Machinists » » » Our client is currently looking for a spray painter to assist with the finishing of large magnets. This position would be great for someone who has experience in spray painting or the finishing of products, but no experience is required. Upskilling will be offered throughout various different stages of the role. Your duties and responsibilities: » Sanding and polishing surfaces prior to paint application » Manufacture goods and materials with paint, finish, and other coating solutions » Preparing products for the finishing of materials and knowing which products to use. » Selecting colours and mixing paint products » Powder coating finished products » Using the spray gun to finish products This role is an opportunity with a fantastic company with an opportunity for upward growth. This role will suit someone looking to be part of a fantastic team. The hours will be 7:30AM - 3:30PM, Monday - Friday. This role would suit someone who is looking for an entry-level position and is keen to start a career in painting. Upskilling and training will be provided to the successful candidate.
