Business Analysis ManagerJob location:Auckland All Auckland Work Type: Permanent » » » »Ambitious Work Programme producing bespoke software solutions »prosperous, long-standing company, well known for their exceptional culture »Penrose location, parking, gym onsite - $140k-$160k The function • NZ owned business that’s been established for decades who are looking for an practiced I.T B.A that has worked at a Lead B.A or B.A Manager level, and you bring a strong focus on fostering a positive environment that promotes growth. • This is a newly created key leadership abilities function that reports into the CIO, and you will be leading and actively participating in the Business Solutions group within the I.T team responsible for gathering requirements, specifying effective business processes, and working within project teams to deliver a range of software solutions. • Currently working off a technology stack that includes a variety of modern technologies, including Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365 (and connected products) • You will be working across all international companies (AUS/NZ), and this function will take on most of the responsibility for the B.A work for the Australian team and, as a result, will have the opportunity to regularly travel to Australia. • This is a hands-on management function, which is split 70:30 between BA and leadership abilities responsibilities. • Join during a time where the organisation is growing and expanding quite rapidly internationally, especially in the I.T areas, and they’re currently completely re-writing their ERP system.
