Intro • located at the Auckland office, this Customer Service Representatives function offers variety and the opportunity to work in a fast paced, well supported team environment • You will be applying your customer service expertise and interest in the medical, healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors in a compensateing function that includes client liaision with the District Health Boards, private hospitals, private healthcare providers & ACC The function • Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, you will enjoy being part of a very reliable, long serving customer service team • As the first point of contact you will be responsible for the ‘Customer practice’ using your excellent communication expertise, together with being solution focused and possessing a high standard of professionalism • The function covers all aspects of Customer Service working closely with both external and internal customers • You will be working within a busy email box environment, together with phones, data entry and queries resolution, all in a time sensitive environment • Customer data information is maintained using SAP, with Excel and Word also used You • Will have previous practice within a customer service environment (2 years minimum) • Excellent allround communication expertise with a valuable, empathetic and tactful manner • practice with MS Outlook, Word & Excel, as well as ERP systems (SAP is used) • capability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines within a team environment On offer • Excellent remuneration • There will be a handover and an open plan well-appointed office awaits • Hours are 8.30 to 5pm • A WFH (Work in the house) policy after settling in period • Free onsite parking (only 6 km’s from the city and near S/W motorway exits) • You may choose a fortnightly or monthly pay period • Subsidised cafeteria (full meals), generously provided by the co • Staff purchasing benefits • Opportunities after the fixed term may exist too To apply • Interested?
