As one of Government's larger regulators, Regulatory Services aims to minimise harm and maximise benefits through effective oversight of anti-money laundering and countering financing terrorism, gambling, antispam and censorship regulatory systems. We are a responsive risk-located regulator that uses innovation and collaboration to maximise our impact to achieve desired results for New Zealand communities.
As a Process Analyst within Regulatory Services you will be responsible for supporting and delivering a range of work connected with key systems used by Regulators within the Business. You will be working within the Group Systems and Business Support Team in the Regulatory Strategy and Performance Directorate. The team is responsible for supporting the General Manager and Regulatory Services leadership abilities team to collaborate with DIA's Technology Services and Solutions (TSS) group to ensure Regulatory Services has the information and communications technology Information technology needs to deliver into the future. The team works closely with the Department's Technical Services and Solutions team and Regulatory Services managers to ensure Regulatory Services has systems, technology roadmap(s) and investment planning Information technology needs to support current and future service delivery.
You will be an practiced Process Analyst and be comfortable documenting and analysing critical business processes. Ideally you will have had some practice and exposure or familiarity to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will be comfortable dealing with complexity as Information technology relates to technical systems and be able to produce high quality business documentation capturing and visualising all necessary processes. You will have great project tracking and liaison expertise. You will be required to maintain and build effective communications with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have a critical eye for detail and be expected to build and enhance system support as well as providing feedback and recommendations to maintain and improve our work standards and results.
