Being able to understand their clients organisational culture is critical. They provide an end to end service, from design through to implementation. A respected and proven design and construction consultancy, they are leaders in the industry that continuously challenge themselves to ensure they maintain their reputation for quality and innovation. With a stream, of new work in the pipeline, they require a highly skilled project manager that has capability to connect with clients delivering multiple projects to a range of larger corporate, government and SME sized businesses. It incorporates client meetings and some contract admin, cost estimating, scopes of works, organizing sub trades, co ordination and managing projects. Client facilitation is critical. Being able to own a project and maintain milestones is essential, also the capability to lead from the front and enrol all stakeholders from design through to delivery ensuring communication channels are smooth and all parties are on the same page. As an applicant you will have had practice managing projects within the interiors and fit out sector, you have an eye for detail and can work with and develop efficient systems. You are nimble, able to manage multiple and pressing priorities. You have a well developed expertise base of the construction industry, both technically and practically. Client side or consultancy interiors project practice is ideal.
