The purpose of your role will be to provide administration support across 3 department working closely with sales, operations & finance where you will be working across multiple client platforms. About the role & you! As the successful candidate you will have superb time management skills and be able to effectively prioritise your work and meet deadlines. You main duties and responsibilities will include; » Maintaining Client & Contract portals working on becoming an expert user » Liaising with the team to help meet compliance requirements » Take charge and streamline, improve and develop SOP's » Assist Construction Managers in the management of cost control systems; track and coding of project expenses » Coordinate assignments and manage relationships with outside vendors Working hours will be Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm.
