We have a cleaner/housekeeper vacant position to start anyday from 15th Nov, ideally to stay during the summer. The function also covers some basic reception tasks. This is an ideal function for someone who is seeking some extra hours in the morning. You will help us with the everyday cleaning of our friendly family run Guesthouse of 14 rooms in sunny Mount Maunganui, Bay of Plenty. The job includes making beds, cleaning rooms, kitchen and communal areas, bathrooms, doing laundry and general cleaning. HOURS PER WEEK : around 8 or 10 to start with and increasing in December in high season. DAYS OF WORK : 4 or 5 days a week, preferably including Saturdays and Sundays. TIMETABLE : from 10:30 for around 2 or 3 hours a day. We are seeking for someone reliable, a good communicator with management and guests, have a tidy presentation and is physically fit and able to work fast and in detail. Cleaning practice is a bonus but we can train the right person.
