The role requires an experienced, competent, and motivated individual who is prepared to operate in a busy environment and respond efficiently to the client's needs in a positive and professional manner. The successful candidate will be required to carry out a variety of duties and must be able to work well in a pressured and fast paced environment. The daily operational requirements will require you to contend with phone sales enquires and bookings, email replies for information and enquiries as well online booking requests which will require confirmation. Other areas that will require your attention throughout the day will involve organising vehicle services and legal checks. Collecting vehicles from our Airport parking and returning them to base for cleaning etc. The role incudes customer facing operations including meeting and greeting and handing over the vehicle at times of collection. In addition to your strong communication and people skills, you will ideally have the following: » A good grounding and experience in a customer service role and administration. » An organised and logistical mindset and an eye for detail. » The ability to think on your feet and outside the box. » Intermediate to advanced MS office skills. » The ability to work effectively under pressure. » Aptitude and the ability to learn the entire business and a willingness to be able to adjust to change rapidly. This role is suited to a mature, driven, and dedicated person who would like to make the role their own and settle into it for the future. It is a salaried position within a successful and stable business.
