Hybrid working and flexible hours are possible.This is an exciting opportunity to join the T?whiri Festival and practices team in an interesting and varied function working within the Audience and Partnerships team which delivers the marketing, partnerships, fundraising and philanthropy functions for the organisation. We are seeking for a passionate individual with practice across ticketing, relationship building (i.e. with corporate partners or other stakeholders) and grant writing (please note practice across all areas is desirable but not essential). As Audience and Partnerships Associate, you will be highly organised, have exceptional attention to detail and will carry out customer relationship management, audience services/ticketing and partnerships coordination (including funding application and management support) tasks for T?whiri. Internally,the Audience and Partnerships Associate will work closely with the Head of Audience and Partnerships, Marketing Campaign Lead, Philanthropy Advisor, finance team, technical team, programming team and other staff as required. Externally this function will work closely with Festival's ticketing providers, corporate partners, funders and philanthropic supporters. this function reports directly to theHead of Audience and Partnerships. We are seeking for Somebody with a minimum of 2 years proven practice across ticketing (or within a customer relationship management position) and strong writing practice (partnership proposals, grant application writing or similar). The ideal candidate isagile and well organised, ateam player,cool under pressure, loves variety and is up for the challenges and compensates of working in a multi-eventcreative artscontext. The Audience and Partnerships Associate is directly responsible to the Head of Audience and Partnerships and has no direct reports. Applications close 5pm, Monday 13 June.
