The Forperson will also stand in for the Solid Waste Supervisor, and other staff when on leave. It's a temporary to permanent position includes great pay and benefits. Person Specification Qualifications » Qualifications in earth works construction or related desirable but not essential. » Current Class 2 Motor Vehicle Licence essential » R or T or W endorsements desired » Heavy Motor Vehicle Licence (Class 2) is essential (Class 4) desirable but not essential. Knowledge/Experience » General and staff management experience » Experience in earth works sector and related activities » Experience in solid waste sector and related activities (desirable) » Some knowledge of environmental protection and engineering practices (desirable) » Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, processes, responsibilities and systems Key Personal Competencies » Leadership skills » Financial skills » Reporting and report writing skills » Communication skills » Computer literate.
