Background
Exceptional opportunity for a high-performing Project or Programme Coordinator to provide support to the change management and training team implementing a transformational technology programme of work.
The function
Reporting to the Organisational Change Lead the primary focus will be working closely with the Change and Training Managers with strong administration and project support, requiring communication and engagement collateral to be developed, coordination of events, customer practice projects and to create presentations and arranging workshops for a wide variety of stakeholders. Be the lynchpin within the team, that pulls together all the hundred and one administrative things that need to happen within the change team!
To be prosperous in this function you must have proven practice in projects or programmes and possess the capability to maintain change documentation and reporting and facilitate and set up the planning of workshops. You will have strong administrative and computer expertise (MS PowerPoint, Word Excel), will possess strong verbal and interpersonal communication expertise and be able to navigate through dynamic, complex, and change-resistant environments.
Requirements
At least 5 years' practice in a similar project, change or communications or programme function, and above all possess a drive and passion for producing timely and quality work to support this fast-moving and dynamic team, who in return will provide the opportunity to grow expertise in the Change Management space. Ideally, We are seeking for that special person who is passionate about learning and prepared to go that extra mile to lgain from some of the best change thought leadership abilities in the market.
There is an absolute need to be proactive and output/results-driven, with outstanding time management and professionalism, and able to engage with different levels in an organisation and with external stakeholders.
