You are a key player in getting frames and trusses built on time, and to spec, off plans and under supervision. So with this in mind, being someone who works hard and efficiently, and can take instruction is important. You will be hard working, and reliable, and will have good communication expertise and some record of employment that will assist your application. All power tools will be provided, but a general base of practice using them is essential. Information technology is a physical job, requiring team work and attention to detail, and the capability to commit to the Saturday requirement. This should be viewed as valuable stepping stone to anyone looking to get into a building apprenticeship in time.
