Field Service Technician - GoreneveldJob location:Auckland All Auckland Work Type: Permanent » » » »$35 per hour »Company Van, Laptop, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone provided »Overtime opportunities all over the year Our client is a Global powerhouse in their industry with locations in Oceania , Asia, America and Europe. This is a function with real independence and has good amount of flexibility, you will be located in Auckland and carry out jobs in the city and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities • Installations of all products in a timely manner; • Accurate and timely completion of maintenance and service works to products; • Ensuring customer satisfaction in respects to quality of service delivered; • Ensuring systems are fitted and operating correctly in conformity with respective manuals and drawings as applicable; • Performing calibration and diagnostic’s on systems installed; • Provide appropriate explanation of works carried out, showing Fault Cause and Remedy for service-related work; • Ensure compliance with site WHS/OH&S requirements prior to commencing work; • Ensure site is left neat, tidy and clean on completion of work; • Correct completion of all paperwork, submitted in a timely manner to your ISC; • Clear tagging and storage in designated quarantine area of all components replaced during the course of any suspected warranty work. The expertise and practice you’ll need to bring with you include • Attention to detail • Excellent customer service expertise • Excellent verbal and written communication; • Excellent organization, problem solving and negotiation expertise; • capability to work independently and in a team; • Welding (mig, arc) expertise and skill (highly regarded); • Electrical – diagnostics expertise and abilities (highly regarded); • Mechanical practice and aptitude (highly regarded); • Car license essential; • Heavy rigid license highly regarded If you would like to progress your career as a field sales technician then please get in touch!.
