About the function: The Clinical Nurse Manager is a “hands on” Senior Management function which supports the Manager to provide a comfortable and caring environment for residents and staff. You will contribute to the delivery of key clinical and business requirements including knowledge the key drivers of business performance and assuring effective resource utilisation. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for progression, who is looking to grow into and make the function their own! About you: this function requires Somebody with clinical practice in Aged Residential Care and leadership abilities practice in managing teams. This is a great opportunity for someone to step up from Clinical Coordinator function. With an excellent CNM in a nearby home, there is the capability to support someone to grow under a great mentor. this function will require someone who has proven high performance in their current function, and who is local to within 30 mins of the home and is seeking a 5 year tenure. Must have: • Be a NZ Registered Nurse with current Annual Practising Certificate • Hold a Post Graduate Diploma or have a availability to achieve same • 5 years full time equivalent RN practice in provision of care to older adults • practice of managing teams, including recruitment and performance management of team members • Foster strong positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders • Have an open and flexible style, be able to problem solve and effectively manage conflict In order to be eligible for this position you must be located in New Zealand and hold a New Zealand registration.
