This organisation embarked some time back on a major and bold restructure of their ERP systems, with a decision to replace a large number of legacy systems with the latest technology specialising in their sector. With still at least a year to go, the requirements for training users is foremost. About the function: As part of the change management team, your primary function will be to manage the full learning lifecycle over the remaining implementation phase and ensure the strategy, evaluation, development, and delivery meets best practice standards and that ultimately all users are RWA when the full system goes live. About you: You will be an accomplished training and learning specialist, tertiary qualified in a significant field, and preferably have achieved additional learning and training in contemporary practices. You will need to demonstrate the capability to present on both a one-to-one basis, both in the ?classroom" as well as being able to adeptly undertake training and learning in a virtual environment. You'll have exceptional communication expertise, and exude a high level of confidence when delivering and communicating to your audience. practice in a large complex entity is essential, as is undertaking work on a large multi-faceted project. Because this is a lead function, you'll need demonstrate a track record of end-to-end L&D. advantages: We have placed a number of key people on this project to date, and feedback is very positive around the environment and culture, as well as the flexibility to work in the house as appropriate. Of course there will need to be some on-site work from time-to-time, with multiple locations all over the Waikato, but these can be prearranged to suit all parties involved.
