This is a busy opportunity with variety working for a well-known corporate, global company. Ideal candidates will be required to help wherever necessary, answering phone calls, organising couriers, meeting & greeting. tasks • Greeting clients & customers • Answering phones • Data entry • Monitoring Boardroom, Meeting Room & Day Suite • Organising emails, fax’s, couriers and deliveries. • Booking all travel arrangements. • Always provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must be: • Dressed immaculately always. • Organised and confident with multitasking • Ready and willing to try new things • Excellent communication expertise. • Possess a positive outlook. • Have exemplary organisational expertise. • Need to be able to use your own initiative.
