As a Customer practice Representative at ACC you will be the helping hand our customers need. We're the team people call and have a friendly chat with, we let people know it's okay to ask for help while they recover from accidents or injuries and we provide them with reassurance.

   » Customer service practice –you will be confident in being the first point of contact and delivering exceptional service with every conversation

   » Excellent communication skills – you will be confident communicating with people from all different walks of life
   » A can-do attitude –if you are someone who is always striving to be the best they can be, has a high work ethic and wants a career at ACC then this is the perfect function for you
   » If you speak Te Reo M?ori or another language, this will be a bonus
