As a CNC Machine Engineer in this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components for various industries. Key Responsibilities: » Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software. » Prepare CNC machines for operation, including tooling, material loading, and setup. » Machining: Operate CNC machines while monitoring the machining process for quality and precision. » Conduct thorough quality checks on machined parts, ensuring compliance with design specifications. » Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any technical issues. » Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. » Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, setup procedures, and maintenance activities. » Identify opportunities to optimize machining processes and reduce waste. » Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements. Requirements: » Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in CNC machining. » High level of machining skill and proficiency, with a keen eye for detail. » Proficient in CNC programming and CAD/CAM software. » Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. » Knowledge of CNC machine setup, operation, and maintenance. » Excellent understanding of quality control processes. » Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with regulations. » Effective communication and teamwork skills. » A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
