Ideal candidate will be responsible for: » Managing administrative, marketing, and HR tasks when needed » Managing and preparing rosters for the staff » Staff recruitment and management for the Pizza Shack » Arranging group and individual bookings » Ensuring that the staff delivers an excellent and responsive service » Handle customer enquiries, take individual orders, consider customer preferences and make arrangements » Handle customer complaints » Follow Health & Safety procedures, food hygiene standards and create a safe environment for staff and our valued customers » Perform kitchen related tasks when required » Ordering and handling orders from our suppliers.
